Products

Any product order cancelled within 24hrs may be refunded provided the item has not shipped. If the order has shipped from our warehouse, a refund, in the manor which it was paid for, will be given minus a $10 restocking fee. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded.

Downloadable items

All purchases of digital products are final. We do not accept returns of digital / downloadable products. Once you have purchased an digital or downloadable product such as a book or audio, we encourage you to download (if applicable) and access it promptly to be sure you have received it. If you are unable to complete a download or access an your product, please contact us for assistance. Once you purchase a digital / downloadable product and we make it available to you, you bear responsibility for completing the download and for all risk of loss after downloading or accessing the product, including any loss due to device malfunction.

Events, Classes and Retreats

Two weeks advanced notice must be given to cancel any event for a full refund. If, within two weeks of the event, you cannot attend, you may reschedule for the same event at a later date.
